since 1994. This well organized teaching method is in highly
demand and popular among English speaking executives in Hong
Kong and over the world.
Cantonese
Telephone Language Course is ideal for students who:

outside Hong Kong, or in remote locations where a face-to-face
class would not be economically viable
- are
often travelling themselves since they can be reached by
telephone in any destination

can only spare 30 minutes per day to study
At prearranged times (30
minutes per session, from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours operation),
a specially trained native-speaker telephone trainer can provide
one-to-one telephone sessions, teaching you at your own speed.
To ensure that your lessons are as effective as possible,
the contents are defined in line with your specific needs
and level of language skill.

needs: At the start of a training cycle,
we will send you a series of documents to enable your trainer
to get to know you better including a list of everyday and
professional situations, where you can select your priorities,
a grammar test and a self-assessment paper. Also, all materials

course.

Maximum Flexibility:
At the end of each lesson and depending on your own availability,
you fix the date and time of your next lesson. It is easy
to find time for 30-minute lessons even with a very full
diary.

The trainer calls you on your number at no cost to you.
You may receive the call to your mobile, but this is not
recommended due to a lack of sound quality. We pay the call
charges in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan,
Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland,
Taiwan, United States and all countries in the EU. If you
want to have your class in another country we do not cover,
you will have to call the trainer - and pay for the call
yourself. Also, if you want your class on a mobile phone
in any country, you will have to call the trainer - and
pay for the call yourself.

Free Made-up Class
- if you advise your trainer by phone at least 24 hours
beforehand, you will not forfeit your lesson. It will be
rescheduled at your convenience. Only lessons which have
effectively been taken are invoiced.

Terms and Conditions:

Each lesson lasts 30 minutes.

After payment is received, 2 free trial lessons are organised
(for your first term only). At the end of these two lessons,
if you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel with
a full refund by notifying Hong Kong Language Training Center
Ltd. by e-mail within 3 working days of the second trial
lesson.

Prices include the trainer's fees, the telephone expenses
for certain counties. The price does not include the course
material which costs US$60 per term.

To postpone a lesson, the trainer must be notified no later
than 24 hours before the scheduled class time, to avoid
losing the lesson.

Except for circumstances beyond the student's control or
by special arrangement with The Hong Kong Language Training
Center Ltd. all cycles must be completed within the given
time limits.
